Water droplets are found in the cavity of the Built-In Oven, is it normal?
You may find condensation in the oven cavity and between the layers of glass on the oven door. This is not a defect and does not require a repair.
Do I need to preheat the oven before cooking?
Yes, it is suggested that preheat the oven for 5 minutes before cooking.
Can I adjust the time while using preset cooking function?
Yes, although the preset time is set, it can be modified to suit the size of the food and the time can be increased or decreased midway through the cooking process.
My new oven has an odour. Is it normal? How to remove it?
When the oven is used for the first time, insulation materials or heating elements may release an odour. It is a normal phenomenon. To eliminate the odour, adjust the cook temperature to 250°C and let the oven run for 45 minutes with its door open.
