The brand new 2-in-1 Built-In Steam & Grill (SGV-5221)comes with an advanced steam generator that produces high-temperature steam of up to 115°C. Able to cook food rapidly and thoroughly, the new product effectively retains nutrients, moisture and flavour in food. With 12 cooking modes, the 2-1 Built-In Steam & Grill is able to perform functions such as Steam, Steam Grill, Grill, Sterilize and Defrost. The 15 built-in recipes allow you to make numerous flawless dishes by just pressing a button. Together with the unique Overlap function, different combinations of cooking modes can be created. Cooking becomes even more versatile.
Equipped with a patent steam generator, the dual heating elements produce high-temperature steam of 115°C within a concealed environment. The steam increases the temperature evenly while dissolving excessive grease, preserving nutrients and original flavour in food.
The innovative hot wind circulation system evenly distribute heat energy to different parts inside the oven. As food if heated rapidly and thoroughly, moisture and nutrients are retained. Creating healthy dishes with authentic flavours is only an easy task.
The unique Overlap function of the 2-in-1 Built-In Steam Oven enables you to overlap different cooking modes with selected time and temperature. The endless combinations bring about ever-changing cooking results.
The simplistic external water tank has a volume of 1.3L and it enables cooking time up to 1.5 hours. The water tank can be taken out simply by pressing its cover. Heat energy loss is minimized while you do not have to open the oven door to refill water.
