Yes. The blender jar is made of BPA-free Tritan material. It is safe for preparing and storing babies' food.

PRO Series is a professional high-speed food processor rather than a blender or juicer. With high speed motor, it thoroughly grinds the peels, roots, stems, pips and pulps of fruits and vegetables with juices, leaving no residue in the blender and no need for filters.

Other crucial factors, such as the length of operation time should be considered when comparing the energy saving level. Although the PRO Series has a higher power rating, it takes less time to process with its high-speed motor. Thus, the PRO Series is still more energy-saving than other blenders/food processors.

The opening on the lid allows you to add seasonings or ingredients during blending without stopping the machine. It makes your cooking process a lot faster.

Make sure the blending jar is placed stably and horizontally on the main body of the food processor. This can prevent the moving parts from being worn out due to non-uniform load. The food processor works at super high speed. To prevent the revolving axis from being damaged, do not forcibly remove the blending jar before the motor comes to a complete halt. After cleaning the blending jar, let it air dry upside down or horizontally. Do not immerse the jar into any liquids. Please wipe dry the water at the bottom of the jar and place it away from the sink to prevent water from gathering at the bottom of the jar, which will erode the revolving axis. Sealing belt of the lid of the jar is detachable for cleaning. Detach it and clean it to ensure food debris on the jar lid is thoroughly cleaned. To clean the jar and blades thoroughly and make them more durable, add water and lemon in the jar, press ”Pulse Operation“ for 2-3 times. Pour away the water, add new water and repeat the step for cleaning.

It depends:

(i) [Condition] There are rust-like spots on Blade → [Solution] Wipe it with a sponge and mild detergent. If the spots are stubborn, try mixing baking soda with a little water to form a paste and covering the stain with the paste for a few hours. Rinse the blade with water and the spots should be gone. (Reason: it’s water stain and no repair needed)

(ii) [Condition] The motor sounds unsmooth/abnormal → [Solution] Bring to us for inspection (Reason: Blade Shaft may be blocked)

(iii) [Condition] An unusual smell is detected → [Solution] Bring to us for inspection. (Reason: Blade Shaft may be blocked or damaged)

When the unit base of food processor is placed on an uneven surface or in non-level position (e.g. power cable winds across the bottom of the base causing the base to be slightly tilted), the bearings

Generally, it caused by the loss of lubricating oil in ball bearing of blade. If you often immerse Blender Jar in water or have not wipe and air dry (place Blender Jar horizontally) after cleaning, the lubricating oil will gradually lost as oil is lighter than water. The unsmooth operation will then damage the seal ring and lead to a leakage.

Food Processor can mix and grind food. You can mill flour, wheat and rice with the Food Processor, but it is better to use "Noodle Maker" or "Bread Maker" for dough kneading.

You can grind coffee beans, soybeans, brown rice and so on by using the Grinder & Smoothie Maker with the "Nuts" programme of the Professional High Speed Food Processor.

The Blender Jar must be in place for the power to be connected. This is a safety measure to avoid accidental operation.

The smell of the Food Processor comes from the brand new electric motor when it is used for the first time. It will fade over a few more runs.

If the smell sustains, please switch off immediately and bring the product to our Customer Service & Repairs Centre for inspection.

Roast the black sesame and rice until golden brown. Put them into the Food Processor and add water. Select "Bisque" to blend. Add sugar after the programme finishes, then select "Nuts" to blend until silky smooth.

Rinse the cashews and roast in the oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes. Put the cashews into the Food Processor, pour in water, then select the "Bisque" programme. Add sugar through the small opening on the lid when the programme finishes. After that, select the "Nuts" programme to blend thoroughly. Serve.

Mix water, yeast and olive oil together and then set aside for a few minutes until the mixture starts to bubble. Put bread flour and salt into the Food Processor. Select the "Dough" function. Add the yeast mixture into the Food Processor while blending. Then, select "Dough" again and blend for the second time. Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
