Before operating the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner, please charge it fully. Please remove excess mud, dirt, food, pet mess etc. in order to prevent blockage of pipes. Besides, fill up the Tank for Clean Water with fresh water and make sure the Tank for Used Water is emptied prior to operation.

The Vacuum Cleaner excels at cleaning various types of floors but is not designed for carpet cleaning. Suitable for cleaning tile floor, stone floor, wooden floor, bamboo floor, laminate floor, cement floor and the like.

To ensure normal functioning of the wet and dry vacuum cleaner, it is recommended that only clean water is being used and stored in the water tank. If you really want to add disinfectant or detergents into the clean water tank, please ensure bubbles will not form, which might otherwise block the pipes. It is recommended to maintain 1:99 ratio between the amount of detergent and water.

After cleaning your home, you may select Self-cleaning function of the wet and dry vacuum cleaner. The rolling brush will be automatically cleaned, much less complicated than cleaning ordinary mops.

When the dirty water tank is full of water or the clean water tank is empty, indicator lights will blink in red.

It depends on the daily usage. It is recommended that the roller brush be changed every 3-6 months.

Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner is a cordless product. It does not need to connect to the power during operation. Operation will start only when the unit has finished charging and is unplugged.

The sooner the stains are treated, the better the result.

[Coffee, Tea, Sauce Stains]: To clear heavy stains with strong colour, clean the affected area with the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner repeatedly. Specially formulated detergent can be applied if necessary.

[Red Wine Stains]: Using Fabric Cleaner once can lift up most stains. Repeating can clear the remaining traces. Depending on the level of stain penetration and age of stain, result might vary. Stain remover targeting red wine can be used.

[Paints]: If the paint has dried up, use a blunt knife to scrape it off. Next, if it is water-based, use warm soap water. Then use acetone to clear chemical components and finally use the Fabric Cleaner for thorough cleaning. If the paint is oil-based, first blot the stain wet by turpentine, then tamp to break up the paint and blot away. Repeat till the stain disappears. Start from the outer edge of stain to prevent it spreading. When using chemical on carpets or rugs, rub in one direction and never use a circular motion as this may destroy the texture.

[Blood Stains]: Designated laundry detergents containing protease enzymes can aid the Fabric Cleaner’s cleansing process. It must be non-foaming and does not hurt your fabric.

[Grease]: First use paper towel to blot. Avoid pressing the grease deeper into the fabric. Then, remove the stain by water mixed with dishwashing detergent. If stains are stubborn, you can sprinkle the area generously with baking soda or cornstarch, let sit for 30 min to soak, then vacuum away. Afterwards, use dry clean laundry spray/aerosol pretreatment laundry stain remover and use the Fabric Cleaner.

[Exceedingly Stubborn Stains]: Both domestic and international brands have invented formulae for fabric cleaner machines. Follow the manual for accurate proportion.

Before operating the Cordless Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner, please remove sharp objects, glass fragments, small toys, pins, paper clips, stones, plaster, large pieces of paper, etc. from the floor as they may cause blockage or damage to the unit. Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner can treat surfaces of sofas, backrests, chair pads, armchairs, office chairs, curtains, table linens, car cabins, rugs and carpets, fleece blankets, cushions, plush toys, mattresses, pet beddings, etc. It is suitable for use on fabric surfaces which withstand water exposure and repeated brushing, including canvas, cotton, velveteen, pile fabrics, linen, synthetic fiber fabric, and genuine leather seatings in cars.
Suede sofas, velvet chairs/curtains are not applicable unless tagged water washable. Also, do not apply on fabrics tagged with“X”or “S”mark (meaning “Vacuum only” and “ Water-free cleaning solvent only”respectively). Furthermore, conduct spot test on a small and hidden area and look for changes such as color changes, shrinking, tightening, or the formation of wrinkles. Do not proceed should any of these problems occur.

Yes, it is normal. By releasing hot air, heat is drawn away from the motor.

The Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner achieves cleansing effect by using pure water. If you really want to add detergents or disinfectant to enhance stain removal or sterilization effect, please ensure they are non-foaming and will not block the pipes. Another criterion for the choice of cleaning agent is that it does not damage the fabric. Every time, please use only a small amount of cleaning agent to prevent attracting dust, dirt, and new stains or damaging the fabric.

Yes, when cleaning vertical surfaces (eg. sides of sofa/chair), uneven surfaces (e.g. leg room of car cabin), or fabric surfaces with slopes (e.g. ottomans or car seats), you may use the Flexible Hose & Handheld Nozzle attachment together with the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner. It offers you higher flexibility when cleaning hard-to-reach areas, given that the main unit is not tilted during operation.
Do not use the Nozzle for dry vacuum. Use the sprinkler on the main unit to wet the cleaning area first, then suck up the dirty water using the Nozzle. Or you can also use a damp cloth to wet the target area for subsequent cleaning.

When cleaning parts of curtains that hang high, it is easy to tilt the unit, which may cause dirty water to spill. It is recommended to take off the curtains, place on flat surface and operate the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner. This provides better suction and cleansing power since the roller brush can suck up ingrained dirt with higher centrifugal force. Operation will be easier and smoother too.

The Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner can treat fabric surfaces which withstand water exposure and repeated brushing. When not certain, conduct a spot test on the item first. Clean larger/visible areas of the clothing with the Fabric Cleaner if there is no obvious discolouration, shrinking or texture change.

First, set the mode as “Floor Mode”, place the wet and dry vacuum cleaner on the docking station, and press Self Clean button to activate “Self Clean Mode”.

Do not invert the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner nor tilt it backwards/sideways. During operation, only move the unit horizontally and keep pressing the roller brush against the cleaning area tightly. When cleaning is done, immediately place the unit in upright position to help direct used water to collection tank. Always keep the unit in upright position to avoid spilling. Also, make sure the water in Tank for Used Water is always kept under the“MAX” level. It is highly recommended that the Tank for Used Water is emptied before each refill of clean water and after each cleaning.

Place the wet and dry vacuum cleaner on the docking station, and press Self-Cleaning button to activate Self-Cleaning Function. After Self-Cleaning is completed, Roller Brush Drying function will automatically start.

Please pay attention to the two independent buttons at the back of the product that allow you to select either or both "Patting" and "UV Thermal Sterilization" modes. Also, equipped with a pair of photo sensors and a micro-movement switch, when the 3-in-1 Anti-Mite UV Sterilising Cleaner leaves the target surface, the UV sterilisation tube and the PTC thermal system will be automatically switched off to guarantee safety.

If the rug can withstand water exposure or repeated brushing, you may deep clean using the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner. However, if the rug is made of long animal fur, repeated use of the Fabric Cleaner may lead to blockage of pipes, so rugs made of long fur are not suitable for the Fabric Cleaner. As for pet fur on upholstery, generally speaking it will be sucked into Dirty Water Tank. Clearing it when emptying tank will be fine. If you worry about pipe blockage, vacuum the upholstery surface before using the Fabric Cleaner.
