Can I hire a qualified technician to do water heater installation by myself if I know exactly which model to replace my old one?
It depends on which type of water heater you are going to replace. If the type of your new water heater is the same as your old one, no question you can hire qualified technician to do installation by yourself. However, on-site sighting is necessary if your old water heater is gas-typed. Installation is allowed to process once the location and power supply status are approved by technician. What is Three-Phase Power?
Three-phase power supply refers to three sets of alternating current with equal amplitude, equal frequency and phase difference of 120°. It is produced by a three-phase generator with three windings and is common for industrial use as it can provide electricity of a few kilowatts or above.

Why do electric water heaters need Three-Phase Power?
The electricity consumption of electric water heaters is high, so is their power consumption requirement. The greater the power consumption (in watts), the higher the output of heat and water. The power consumption of instantaneous electric water heaters can be as high as 18000W to 24000W, so they basically require three-phase power supply.

Can I use single-phase power instantaneous electric water heaters for shower in winter?
The power to heat the water is higher when taking shower in winter than in summer. Switch to a smaller water flow to maintain the normal hot water temperature. We recommend the use of German Pool Aerated Showerhead, which can reduce water flow automatically and enhance water flow efficiency and increase water flow temperature, enabling a stable hot water supply throughout the year.

What is the difference in the thermal efficiency of different types of water heaters?
Single-phase and three-phase power instantaneous electric water heaters have a thermal efficiency of around 98%; storage and Rapid Fast Flow water heaters have a thermal efficiency of around 95%; gas water heaters have a thermal efficiency of around 80%.

What is the best way to clean and maintain the Instantaneous Water Heater?
Wipe the plastic surface and parts with a damp cloth. To ensure a stable water supply, detach and clean the outlet parts (tap aerators and shower heads) regularly. Also, have the electrical and plumbing components inspected by authorized technicians every 3 years to ensure safety.
Attention: When cleaning the plastic surface and parts, do not use abrasive or chlorine-based cleaning agents/solvents.

The water of the Instantaneous Water Heater remains cold and its digital display screen does not light up. Why?
The master fuse may have tripped. Try to replace or reactivate the fuse.
It is also possible that the safety pressure/thermal cut-out has tripped. Please contact the Repairs & Customer Service Centre.

Error code "Er" indicates that the control system has switched off. Switch off the fuse and turn it on again. If "Er" is still displayed, please contact the repairs & customer service centre.

The Instantaneous Water Heater displays the error code "NO" and is not responding to the remote control. Why?
The distance between the remote control and the water heater has exceeded the transmission range. Bring the remote control closer to the water heater.
Also, the signal of the remote control may be disturbed by other radio emitters. Log in once again with a different channel.
