Check the location of leakage. If water is dripping from Pressure & Temperature Relief Valve (PTV):
1. It's normal as PTV is releasing pressure and temperature.
2. If water dripping from PTV is more frequent than usual, it is suggested to set temperature at a lower level (between 2 & 3). If there is no improvement, contact us for an inspection.

The water heater is noisy due to gasification. Release hot water inside the heater to force out the air. Procedures:
1. Turn off the power supply
2. Release the hot water
3. Turn off the tap after half a minute/1 minute
4. Repeat the process thrice or more

Check power supply:

Restart the power if there is a short circuit of electric box. f the Power Switch (Cooker Switch) doesn't light, customer should contact a professional for an inspection and repairs.

If the Power Switch (Cooker Switch) lights but the indicator light doesn't, inspection should be arranged for repairs. Under normal operation, hot water supply is only available after the indicator light goes out.
