Nachos with Cheese & Tomato
Ingredients
Tortilla Chips (Plain & Cheese Flavour)
Ground White Cheddar
Ground Red Cheddar
Tomato
Purple Onion
Lemon
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Dried Chopped Parsley
Steps
1.
Chop up tomato and purple onion. Zest lemon (yellow part of peel only). Add vinegar, olive oil and parsley. Mix well to form salsa sauce. Set aside.

Pre-heat Baking Pan inside Halogen Cooking Pot at 180°C for 3 min. Grease Baking Pan, then place cheese-flavoured tortilla on it. Sprinkle white cheddar and a few spoonful of salsa over chips.

Place the plain tortilla chips on top. Add red cheddar and salsa. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for a few times.
4.
Put nachos into Halogen Cooking Pot. Bake for 8 min or cook until cheese starts to melt. Serve when hot.
