Black Pepper Teriyaki-Glazed Burger
Ingredients

Teriyaki or Black Peppered BBQ Sauce
English Muffins
Tomato
Cucumber
Onion
Cheddar

Steps

Season ground beef with salt and pepper. At the same time, pre-heat Halogen Cooking Pot at 250°C.

Form beef into two ½-inch-thick patties and place them into Cooking Pot. Using High Rack, grill patties for 4 min.

Open Cooking Pot cover, spread BBQ sauce evenly on both sides of burgers. Sprinkle black pepper and spices if you like. Then turn over and grill for another 3-4 min (or to the desired doneness).

About 1-2 min before time is up, toast English muffi ns next to burgers.
